Kenect Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager for our Lothian office. The role focuses on identifying, engaging and converting prospective clients across Kenect Recruitment’s core markets, managing the journey from research to proposals and commercial negotiations.

You will own the new-business cycle and work with operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation and successful account growth. Hybrid working with national travel is expected.
