Arbuthnot Latham is seeking a proactive Training & Competence Support professional to assist in maintaining T&C records, coordinate initial training, and support FCA reporting. The role develops technical expertise while preparing updates across governance and learning resources.

You will liaise with Compliance, Marketing, and Advisory teams, contribute to MI reports, and help ensure good outcomes for clients as part of Wealth Management.
