Operations & Strategy Lead — Second-in-Command

Craft Bakers Association is seeking an Operations Manager to work alongside the CEO as a senior lead for translating strategy into delivery. You will manage projects, partner relationships, and flagship events while overseeing Ware office operations.

You will collaborate with the CEO, Board and partners to ensure growth, governance and member engagement, with responsibility for planning, delivery and continuous improvement across the association.
