Employment Law Officer – Hybrid (UK)

The Royal College of Nursing is seeking a Legal Officer (Employment) to provide timely, detailed advice on Employment Law to Officers and Members, and run your own Employment Tribunal caseload.

This hybrid role offers a chance to develop specialist expertise within a supportive team, contributing to training and updates for members while supporting the union’s objectives. Locations include London HQ, Birmingham, Leeds, Bolton, Cardiff HQ and Exeter with up to 60% hybrid working.
