Onsite HR Generalist – Manufacturing & People Support

SF Partners is recruiting an HR Advisor for a manufacturing business in Aylesbury. You will be the day-to-day HR generalist supporting managers and employees, with the Head of HR taking a strategic board-level remit.

Based on site, you will handle policies, performance, absence, recruitment onboarding, payroll inputs, and HR reporting in Excel, while building strong relationships across the workforce. CIPD Level 5 is preferred, with Level 3 or equivalent considered.
