Hybrid role- 2/3 days in the office/home
Eyzon are supporting a commercial and growing business, in bringing in a Reward Analyst to join their evolving team, based in the new head office. You will have the opportunity to join at a pivotal time, with a brilliant new Director in place to work with and learn from in your journey. You’ll support the Group’s reward strategy by providing accurate data, analysis and insight to inform decision-making.
Working with the Reward, People, Payroll and Finance teams, you’ll play a key role in pay reviews, bonus and incentive schemes, salary benchmarking and benefits analysis.
Main components of the role:
- Build and maintain reward models, reports and dashboards.
- Support the annual reward cycle, including pay reviews and bonus calculations.
- Salary benchmarking and market pay analysis.
- Analyse pay data
- Prepare accurate data and insights for senior leadership.
- Maintain pay structures, job evaluation records and HR system data.
- Analyse benefits costs and provider performance.
- Work with Payroll, Finance and the People team to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes.
What they are looking for:
You’ll be highly numerate, detail-oriented and confident turning data into clear, actionable insights.
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience in an analytical role using HR, reward or workforce data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach.
- An understanding of reward legislation
- Experience in salary benchmarking or reward modelling.
- Knowledge of Workday or similar HR systems and Power BI.
- CIPD qualification or working towards one.
- Understanding of pay structures, job evaluation and employee benefits.
