Job Description:
Advise managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, probation and performance management cases.
Conduct HR investigations and prepare recommendations.
Carry out HR compliance audits across multiple nursery locations.
Review HR policies and recommend improvements.
Support managers with complex employee issues and organisational changes.
Monitor Right to Work checks, DBS checks and Skilled Worker sponsorship compliance.
Prepare HR risk and compliance reports for senior management.
Analyse employee feedback, exit interviews and HR trends to improve workplace practices.
