Remote People Operations Lead (EMEA/UK)

Bedford Consulting operates as a leading Anaplan Gold partner with a remote-first People Operations role across EMEA and India. You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, benefits, HR systems, data and policy, while supporting managers with routine employee relations.

You will supervise 1–2 direct reports, drive system improvements, and partner with the Lead HR Business Partner to ensure compliant, efficient service across the group.
