Registered Manager, Children’s Homes | 30% Bonus + 7 Weeks Holiday

The Witherslack Group is seeking a Registered Manager for our 7-bed children’s home in Coventry. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted standards, and support staff to create a safe, supportive environment for young people with diverse needs.

We offer a highly competitive package: base £52,871–£65,460, total package up to £69,360, plus a 30% annual bonus, on-call and attendance allowances, induction, generous holiday and clear progression paths.
