Family Help Team Leader (Assistant) – Hybrid Social Work Impact

Newcastle City Council is recruiting an Assistant Team Manager for the Family Help Service. You will support the Team Manager, guide practitioners through diverse casework, and provide day-to-day professional leadership to ensure high-quality, child-centred social work.

You will help embed Families First principles, strengthen multiagency relationships, and promote early help and relational practice across locality teams, leading to better outcomes for children and families.
