Senior Power Platform Engineer (Specialist) in DIGITAL ENTERPRISE SERVICES

Overview

In this role you will drive delivery of new Power Platform-based solutions and enhancements within a mission-critical banking environment. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to build, review, and deploy Power Platform components, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to governance and best practices. You’ll showcase new functionality to partners and document scalable patterns to improve deployments and operations. Responsibilities

• Participate in daily stand-ups with a multi-disciplinary team to review progress and blockers
• Develop and enhance Power Platform components (Power Automate flows, model-driven apps, Power Pages portals)
• Mentor and review junior developers on best practices for reusable components and scalable design
• Demonstrate new functionality to project partners
• Document best-practice guides for solution and environment management
• Update project backlog and prepare for Power Apps security design meetings

Key requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience with Microsoft D365 and Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
• Experience delivering solutions across the full SDLC with Agile and DevOps practices
• Experience programming custom .NET workflows and plugins
• Good knowledge of Power Pages, Power BI, and Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
• Familiar with Jira, CoPilot Studio, and creating agents
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains
• Strong .NET/C# and JavaScript skills
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Mentoring and peer-reviewing capabilities
