As a National Security Consulting Manager, you lead transformation programs for government clients, shaping strategy through delivery and outcomes. You’ll grow our National Security practice and act as the main client interface, guiding senior stakeholders and teams to solve complex problems. You’ll work with cutting-edge tech and collaborate across Accenture’s partnerships to accelerate value for citizens. The role blends hands-on delivery with business development in a high-impact public sector context. Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects across National Security clients
• Drive growth of our National Security consulting capabilities
• Act as the client-facing lead, advising and coaching senior stakeholders
• Develop deep understanding of client challenges and facilitate issue-based discussions
• Build trust-based client relationships
• Apply root cause analysis and pragmatic problem-solving to address business issues
• Use human-centered design to frame opportunities and drive innovation
• Lead and manage teams, overseeing day-to-day project work
• Deliver specialist advice and collaborate with client leads to ensure outcomes
• Contribute to business development and proposal creation to win new work
• Coach team members and support their career development

Key requirements

• 5-8 years of consulting experience
• Active DV clearance (mandatory)
• Ability to operate across project lifecycle from proposal to delivery
• Experience in National Security environments
• Strong stakeholder influence and client communication
• Willingness to be onsite as needed and flexible mobility
