Overview
In this role, you will provide high-quality email and operational support to partners, resolving localized technical issues to optimize platform performance. You’ll work with Partner Managers to deliver tailored regional presentations for French and Spanish markets and collaborate with Partner Engineers on YouTube product workflows, sharing growth insights. You will track metrics, identify bugs and root-cause trends, and coordinate resolutions with product teams, while driving operational efficiency by removing bottlenecks. You’ll advocate for partners to cross-functional teams and help drive long-term product health and partner experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide email and operational support to partners and resolve localized technical issues to maximize platform performance
- Collaborate with Partner Managers to conduct deep-dives and deliver partner-facing presentations for French and Spanish markets
- Collaborate with Partner Engineers and stakeholders on YouTube product workflows, sharing growth insights and documenting regional case studies
- Track qualitative/quantitative metrics, identify bugs or root-cause trends, and coordinate resolutions with product teams
- Streamline workflows and reduce global consult volumes by removing bottlenecks
- Advocate for partners to cross-functional teams to drive product solutions and improvements
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in technical customer support or client services, including troubleshooting technical issues
- 2 years of experience in managing projects or programs with external executive stakeholders
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, Spanish and French
