Junior Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will support the delivery of business change and transformation initiatives for a leading global insurer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects aligned with objectives, budgets, and timelines. You will identify risks, track progress, and report milestones to stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to delivery and implementation
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Engage stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues
• Provide regular updates on project performance and milestones
• Ensure projects meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes

Key requirements

• Previous Project Management experience, ideally within insurance or financial services
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks and dependencies
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving and leadership skills
