As an AI&Data Architecture Associate Manager at Accenture, you will shape data and AI architecture for large clients, enabling scalable, AI-ready data platforms and cloud-powered solutions. You’ll work within the AI&Data Practice to drive architecture vision, mentor junior architects, and lead innovative projects using cutting-edge AI technologies. The role offers exposure to top-tier clients, a global network, and opportunities to prototype new ideas and frameworks. Your work helps clients unlock data-driven opportunities and transform their technology landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data solutions using modern technologies under guidance from senior colleagues
• Identify gaps in client architectures and support solution development
• Shape strategies and roadmaps for AI and Data architectures
• Provide ongoing architectural support ensuring solutions are sound and aligned with principles
• Participate in client workshops, including prep, documentation, and follow-up actions
• Capture and translate client requirements into deliverables with senior support
• Contribute to architectural thought leadership on innovation and modern patterns
• Mentor junior architects and guide best practices
• Prototype new technologies and develop PoCs to inform recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to align objectives and delivery

Key requirements

• Strategic thinker with analytical and creative mindset
• Experience building AI-enabled data architecture
• Commercial experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and relevant certifications
• Background in software development, data engineering, or data science with interest in AI/Data Architecture
• Expertise in data domains: modelling, pipelining, governance, data consumption
• Working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in client-facing environments and architecting complex data solutions
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating across project streams
