Workday Talent & Performance Associate Manager

Overview

In this role you lead advisory work for Workday Talent & Performance implementations, helping clients maximise their Workday investment through industry-leading practices. You will work within Accenture’s Workday group to deliver integrated, cloud-based HR solutions and support transformation programs across global clients. The position blends advisory, implementation, and innovation, including AI-enabled approaches to delivery. You will collaborate with clients, vendors and colleagues to shape robust, scalable solutions and contribute to a growing library of assets.

Responsibilities

• Advise on industry standards and leading practices in Workday Talent & Performance
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies to client work
• Support workshops and discussions aligned with Talent & Performance expertise
• Coordinate with clients, external vendors and Workday to deliver a robust solution
• Foster innovation by creating new methods and assets
• Organise and run Performance cycles using Workday in various organisations
• Leverage Workday Learning and other related modules when applicable
• Maintain up-to-date Workday Talent & Performance certifications

Key requirements

• Experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules, either as a consultant or within a client organisation
• Ability to travel as required and manage teams and client interactions
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Fluency in English
• Experience with organising and running performance cycles; optional experience across other Workday modules
