Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of Private Client matters including Wills and LPAs
• Oversee taxable and non-taxable estates and estate administration
• Handle trust matters (beneficial but not essential) and Court of Protection matters (beneficial but not essential)
• Contribute to department growth and maintain excellent client relationships

Key requirements

• Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive
• Confident in managing a varied caseload
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Experience handling both straightforward and complex matters
• Ability to work independently and manage own administration
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Full driving licence for occasional travel across Somerset
