Overview

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Associate Manager, you will lead workstreams delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for diverse organisations, including government. You will expand your leadership and consulting skills within a supportive environment and work closely with the UK Oracle team to build credibility with client stakeholders. The role involves client-facing delivery, cross-industry projects and delivering value through Oracle HCM expertise. The opportunity combines hands-on implementation with ongoing professional development and mobility to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Develop leadership, application and consulting skills
• Collaborate as a key member of the UK Oracle team
• Build credibility and relationships with client stakeholders
• Contribute to cross-industry Oracle implementations, including government

Key requirements

• Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience with a workstream lead for at least 1 module
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM setup and HR business processes
• Certified in 1 Oracle Module
• Experience with data migration and critical data handling
• Knowledge of typical integration touchpoints (e.g., HCM)
• Understanding HR processes and challenges
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Experience with Learning Management implementation including data migration (advantage)
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud AI capabilities and agents (advantage)
• Appreciation of user experience design (personas, journeys) and functional data conversion/reconciliation
• Understanding of ERP programme implementation elements (Oracle Cloud)
