Cloud Advisory Architecture Consultant

Overview

In this role you will lead architecture-led transformations across public, private and hybrid cloud environments, shaping solutions that scale and endure. You will steer technical direction, mentor teams, and partner with clients and ecosystems to translate business goals into modernization roadmaps. You’ll tackle performance, resilience, security, and cost-efficiency challenges while exploring Agentic AI opportunities. This position offers impact across cross-functional teams and high-profile engagements within a dynamic, security-conscious setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations and define scalable architecture solutions across cloud environments
• Set technical direction and influence decisions at scale with mentoring support
• Drive strategy and modernization, translating business goals into roadmaps and operating models
• Advise on cloud economics, sustainability, performance, observability, and resilience
• Champion system performance, security, and zero-trust IAM across enterprise applications
• Manage and mentor teams of architects and engineers; provide coaching and career development
• Explore Agentic AI architectures and stay ahead in this fast-evolving field
• Bridge technical decisions to business outcomes (e.g., TCO, speed to market)
• Demonstrate advisory skills, communicating complex concepts to senior stakeholders
• Demonstrate hybrid/multi-cloud design, integration patterns, and DR/HA strategies

Key requirements

• Strong command of software/enterprise architecture
• Proven cloud experience across one or more platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM) with PaaS/IaaS knowledge
• Knowledge of API gateway, network design, zero-trust IAM, compute, storage, HA/DR
• Experience with container platforms and orchestration; iPaaS familiarity
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and manage senior client relationships
• Engineering exposure or close collaboration with delivery teams; ability to translate into realistic plans
