RIS Solution Architect Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead with insight and innovation within the Solution Architecture & Planning team on the Global Solutioning project. You will collaborate across groups to influence key decisions and deliver architectures that drive value. You will define end-to-end solution approaches, including cost estimates and roadmaps, and tell a clear story of the rationale and benefits. You will also support smooth mobilization and stabilization to ensure successful implementation. This is an opportunity to shape impactful, cross-functional solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions that optimize cost-to-serve and deliver significant value for specific services or towers
• Design comprehensive solution approaches including overall plans, cost estimates, staffing strategies, delivery location considerations, and roadmaps
• Communicate the rationale, components, and benefits of solutions through clear and compelling storytelling
• Support the smooth transition of solutions during mobilization and stabilization phases to ensure successful implementation
• Collaborate across multiple groups and manage contributions to key decisions
• Guide important choices and foster collaboration to achieve impactful outcomes
• Apply expertise in Solution Architecture within a dynamic environment to influence various areas

Key requirements

• Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of studies
