FX Technical Onboarding Analyst

Overview

In this role you will lead the FX technical onboarding for clients, configuring user access and enabling connectivity across FX venues. You will coordinate with Sales, Product and Tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding, perform conformance testing, and certify FIX messages. You will build automated processes to streamline onboarding and participate in data and entitlement management. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how customers integrate with FX platforms at scale.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and align on onboarding milestones
• Onboard buy-side and sell-side clients to FXall and related venues; manage participant data
• Develop automation for manual processes, including FIX API certification workflows
• Certify customer FIX messages against internal FX specifications
• Onboard market makers to FXall FIX APIs and handle Price Stream entitlement requests
• Liaise with Sales, Support, Dev, Product, Regulatory, and Operations teams
• Analyze operational risks and implement timely resolutions with cross-divisional insight

Key requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience level
• Proven customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of FIX messaging protocol
• Experience with certification/conformance testing for trading software
• FX market knowledge and understanding of FX products and order behavior
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Flexibility to work within EMEA time zones until 18:00 GMT
• Experience with scripting or automation (Python/SQL/Java or similar)
