TMT Associate 1-5 years PQE

Overview

In this role you will join a leading TMT team in Scotland to advise on technology, software, outsourcing, commercial contracts and related regulated areas for global clients. You will work on high-profile, cross-border matters with a collaborative group of experts, gaining in-house exposure through client secondments where available. Responsibilities

• Advise on technology and software agreements
• Handle outsourcing and managed services arrangements
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
• Assist on consumer law issues
• Work on FinTech and payments matters
• Support telecommunications-related matters
• Contribute to cross-border projects with UK and international teams
• Develop client relationships and participate in business development

Key requirements

• Experience in technology, commercial contracts or outsourcing work (1–5 years PQE)
