Procurement Contracts Specialist

Overview

In this role you support procurement and contracting activities within a global team. You will help secure favorable supplier agreements while balancing value, risk, and quality, across the full contract lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and Legal to onboard suppliers, manage renewals, and maintain records. The position offers exposure to diverse contracts and business areas, with a focus on commercial decision-making and relationship management. Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate supplier contracts and commercial terms
• Manage contract renewals and end-to-end lifecycle
• Support supplier onboarding and ensure required documentation is completed
• Partner with stakeholders, suppliers and Legal teams to progress contracting activities
• Maintain contract records and documentation
• Provide commercial and market insights to support supplier decisions
• Manage supplier relationships and support supplier performance activities
• Support procurement initiatives that deliver value, efficiency and risk management

Key requirements

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management or supplier management
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and supplier agreements
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier engagement
• Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Good commercial judgement and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
