Head of RevOps – Build the Commercial Operating System

Efekta in London seeks a Head of RevOps to own the commercial operating system, including forecasting, pipeline health, and the deal desk. You will report to the CRO and manage one direct report, collaborating with regional sales leads across markets in a fast-moving environment.

You will design from scratch, set data standards, and drive cadence across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles to keep the business aligned and data trustworthy.
