Pillar Drill Operator

What will you be doing?
Operating pillar drilling machines to countersink and tap high-quality metal components.Drilling, countersinking and preparing materials to required specifications.Reading and working from engineering drawings.Carrying out quality checks and ensuring measurements are accurate.Maintaining machinery and keeping your working area clean and safe.Supporting the wider production team when required.What are we looking for?
Previous experience operating pillar drills or similar engineering machinery.A good understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.Any additional CNC machinery experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.A reliable, hardworking individual with a positive attitude.Someone keen to learn, develop new skills and progress within the company.What’s on offer?
