Inside Sales Leader: Build, Coach & Scale Revenue

Wing Assistant is building the next generation of AI-enabled workforce solutions. We seek an Inside Sales Manager to own the follow-up and mid-funnel layer of our inbound engine, coaching a team and driving disciplined opportunity management.

You’ll establish stronger sales standards, leverage a modern tech stack, and own revenue targets with accountability. Salary is PHP 90,000 to 110,000 per month, plus OTE, with Pacific Time schedule.
