Senior NDA & Legal Associate — Alts Transactions

PIMCO is seeking a Junior Lawyer or experienced Paralegal to join its Alternatives (Alts) Legal Department in London. The role supports review of early-stage transaction documents, including NDAs, engagement letters, and hold harmless letters, while assisting with MNPI-related issues.
