IT Helpdesk Technician – Hands-On, Growth-Focused Support

Scolmore Group is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to support users across our busy multi-site Tamworth operation. This hands-on role rewards ownership, problem solving, and a practical approach to IT, not a repetitive call centre experience.

You will handle 1st/2nd line support, manage incidents from logging to resolution, and support Microsoft 365 apps, Windows 11, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, and device deployments across offices, warehouses and operations.
