Senior Metal Workshop Lead – Hands-On Machinist

Adecco is recruiting for a Senior Operations Workshop Team Member in Huntingdon to join a small, supportive team. You will manufacture bespoke metal products, work from engineering drawings, and mentor colleagues to drive continuous improvement.

The role is hands-on, with daily use of bandsaws, lathes, vertical mills and guillotines, ensuring safety and quality compliance to exact specifications. A senior hands-on pro with workshop experience is ideal.
