HR Advisor – Part-Time (Hybrid) for Police Support

Adecco are recruiting for an HR Administrator/Advisor (Part-Time) to support Dorset Police Force in Exeter. The role is temporary, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Hybrid working, ending November 2027.

The ideal candidate will have HR experience, note-taking during disciplinary/grievance procedures, and good communication skills. CIPD Level 3 is desirable; strong admin and IT skills are essential.
