Estates Services Officer – On-Site Inspections & Contractor Liaison

Goodman Masson are recruiting for an interim Estates Services Officer for a London social housing organisation. The role covers estate inspections, contractor monitoring, waste management, resident engagement and administrative support to maintain high standards across communal areas and external spaces.

The successful candidate will be proactive, well-organised and able to work both on-site and in an office, with a strong customer service focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
