HR & People Services Associate — Hybrid

Cadent Gas is seeking a People Services Administrator to join our HR team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is hybrid with two days per week in Ansty (CV7 9JU) and the rest remote, working 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.

You will support employee queries, process HR transactions and maintain records across SAP, SuccessFactors and Zoho. Ideal candidates will have admin or customer service experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and familiarity with HR policies.
