People Advisor – On-Site HR Partner (Banbury)

Warburtons is seeking a proactive People Advisor to join our Banbury depot on a full-time, 37.5-hour week. You will advise line managers, support leaders with performance and engagement initiatives, and work closely with the People Partner to shape a positive culture on site.

This on-site role involves working across Banbury with travel to Eastwood, using HR systems and data to drive improvements and timely decisions. UK driving licence is required.
