Hybrid Tenancy & Estate Officer – 800-property Patch

Local Authority is seeking an experienced Housing, Tenancy or Estate Management professional for a 3-month contract in Leicestershire. You will manage a patch of approximately 800 council-owned properties, handling tenancy and estate duties while building strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days on patch and 2 days working from home. A strong focus on rent arrears, ASB cases, inspections, and contractor coordination is required.
