Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Cost & Contracts

W P RECRUITMENT HR LTD is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role on the Isle of Wight. The position is 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £35-37k per year.

You will assist with cost planning, budgeting and procurement, and work closely with building surveyors and project managers to support delivery. The role requires a Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, strong numeracy and commercial awareness, and excellent organisational and communication
