WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED CNC LATHE PROGRAMMER / SETTER / OPERATOR
Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland
£32,000–£38,000 per annum, depending on experience
Full-time | Permanent | Day Shift Only
We are recruiting an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer / Setter / Operator for an established precision engineering company based in Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland.
We are particularly interested in hearing from UK-based or Filipino candidates with an excellent standard of spoken English.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally 10+ years’ CNC machining experience
- Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes
- Strong experience using Fanuc controls
- Ability to work independently from engineering drawings through to a fully finished component
- Experience with small-batch, high-mix precision engineering work
- Excellent spoken English
- Ideally, some pipe welding experience
Additional experience in the following would be beneficial, although training can be provided:
- CNC milling
- Manual machining
- CAD/CAM
- Machining large castings and forgings
- Cutting and machining steel and stainless steel
Working Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am–2:00pm
- No night shifts and no weekend work

- Salary of £32,000–£38,000, depending on experience
