Night Shift Team Leader – Food Manufacturing

IRS Group are recruiting a Team Leader for their market-leading food manufacturing client based in Willenhall. This is a full-time, permanent role with a night shift 22:00-06:00, Sunday to Thursday, x40 hours plus overtime.

You will lead a team of around 30 night shift employees, ensuring smooth handovers, high workplace standards, and timely issue resolution while maintaining strong staff relationships.
