Traveling Lead Hand – Concrete Construction Leader

Vector Construction is seeking an experienced Lead Hand to join our collaborative field teams. You will provide hands-on leadership, oversee concrete repair tasks, and back up foremen while promoting safety and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction, mentoring skills, and the ability to read drawings, use tools, and communicate with clients. nationwide travel is required, with per diem and lodging covered.
