Executive Vice President – Fulfilment at ProClinical(Recruitment Delivery & AI/Software into Life Sciences)

My client is seeking 5+ Production Associates in Chesterfield. These will be 4 month contracts starting in August.

Under close guidance or supervision, coordinate inbound receipt, conversion, or shipment of media.
Guide the daily activity of junior-level production analysts to meet productivity and quality targets for the assigned area.
Train junior personnel in the processes and procedures of the specific area.
Perform quality checks of materials produced on a regular basis.
Communicate issues through the problem management system.
Communicate actively with other departments to inform status or resolve problems.
Review and revise standard operating procedures for the assigned area as necessary.
Act as subject matter expert in the assigned area’s tools and procedures and train junior analysts on those tools and procedures.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Associate’s Degree (Preferred)
Three (3) years of work experience, with at least two (2) years as a Production Analyst
Knowledge of PC-based Windows applications, mainframe tools as used by the company and third-party tools and software (e.g., FedEx, UPS)
Working knowledge of the problem management system
Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and analytical/problem-solving abilities
Ability to guide the work of others within a team environment; perform information gathering and analysis to resolve routine problems
Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes
