Community Stroke SLT Specialist – MDT Rehab & Self-Management

East Coast Community Healthcare CIC in Great Yarmouth is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the Integrated Community Stroke Service. You will undertake SLT assessments for communication and dysphagia, deliver therapy, educate patients and families, and support the stroke pathway within an MDT setting.

You will help supervise students, contribute to service development, and implement changes in stroke services delivery, including a mix of face-to-face and telerehab sessions.
