Deputy Manager, Children’s Home — Assessments Lead & Growth

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Children’s Home Deputy Manager for our Burton-Upon-Trent site (Bly House). This permanent, full-time role leads a residential team, supports trauma-informed care for 7–18 year olds, and ensures educational access and safe placement in a nurturing environment.

Hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with responsibilities including staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and progression to senior roles within the organisation.
