We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Field Care Supervisor / Trainer to join their established domiciliary care team in Barnet.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of experienced colleagues, helping to maintain high standards of care while coaching and developing care professionals to deliver outstanding support to clients in their own homes.
This isn’t a role for someone who likes sitting behind a desk all day. It’s for someone who enjoys being out in the field, leading by example, solving problems, and ensuring carers have the confidence and skills to make a real difference.
What you’ll need:
- At least 2 years’ experience in Domiciliary Care
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or a willingness to work towards it
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and developing others
- Full Right to Work in the UK
The finer details:
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
- One evening per week on-call, for emergency support only (because care doesn’t always stick to office hours!)
- £28,000 – £34,000 per annum, depending on experience
