Residential Service Manager – Lead Care & Compliance

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an 8-bed residential service in Sheffield. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure person-centred support, and drive quality and compliance across the service.

The role requires strong leadership, budget and rota management, and a track record of delivering outstanding care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs or challenging behaviours. A Level 5 Diploma or willingness to achieve it is preferred.
