Service Manager – Care & Support Team Lead

Kisharon Langdon UK is seeking a Service Manager in North West London to oversee a team of support workers and provide person-centred services. The role involves writing care plans, rota planning, and performance management, in partnership with the Registered Manager to meet strategic objectives.

The post requires NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, rota planning experience for a 24/7 rota, and experience in financial management. A full, clean driving licence and vehicle use are expected.
