Senior Care Lead – Residential Home (NVQ3)

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Care Assistant to lead a care team and deliver person-centred care in a residential setting. You will coordinate shifts, oversee staff training and ensure duties are delegated effectively to maintain high standards of service.
