NHS Health Check Specialist — Flexible, Community Impact

Reed in Partnership is seeking Health Check Practitioners to deliver NHS Health Checks across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster. You will set up workstations, perform health assessments and communicate risks to participants in supportive environments.

Applicants should be capable of coaching individuals or groups, supporting lifestyle changes, and travelling as needed. A pro-active, flexible approach to working hours is beneficial.
