Deputy Nursery Manager: Lead Early Years Team

MiChild Group is recruiting a Deputy Nursery Manager for Highfield Nursery in Blackpool. This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week) with rotating early, middle and late shifts to ensure coverage and flexibility.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification, have prior leadership experience in a nursery, strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding awareness, and be an excellent communicator with children, parents and staff.
