Flexible-Shift Community Mental Health Nurse (Band 5)

The Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Community Nurse for a full-time role across its Newcastle upon Tyne community teams.

As a Band 5 registered nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care within community settings, supporting individuals with mental health needs and contributing to recovery and wellbeing. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to promote independence and safer discharge from hospital when appropriate.
