What You’ll Be Doing

As aGrandFlexBank Practitioner, you’ll:

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children’s development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements andGrandirUK’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standardsat all times.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have:

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience working in anearly yearsor nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
