Hygiene Team Leader – FMCG Chocolate Facility

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Hygiene Team Manager for a large FMCG food manufacturing site in Huntingdon. You will lead and supervise the hygiene team, ensuring cleaning and sanitation activities meet safety standards and GMP requirements.

You will implement hygiene inspections, maintain documentation, KPI reporting, stock management and drive continuous improvement. The role requires Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 3, plus strong leadership and communication skills.
